Fight Fire with Fire
Countermeasures to Pharma's brazen campaign to censor medical doctors and nurses and have their licenses taken away
Introduction
Recently, the pharmaceutical industry has changed tactics by aggressively going after thought leaders in the vaccine safety movement. They have drafted a number of young and ambitious medical professionals who are trying to advance their careers to be the face of newly created propaganda teams. People trust medical professionals, so pharma is using them in this way can be an effective technique if we allow them to get away with it.
There is no better example of this than the propaganda org No License For Disinformation. They claim on their webpage “We take no money from any industry or special interest group”. Yet somehow they have managed to get a very professional looking website online, and have it plastered all over mainstream media days within launch.
NLFD Exposed
Mary Bowden, a fervent vaccine safety advocate has exposed NLFD for being an industry sponsored propaganda org. How? She hired a private investigator. So much for NLFD not taking any funds from industry.
Why would MD’s openly ask the public to report other MD’s for “dangerous misinformation” ?
What we see happening here is young and ambitious MD’s and RN’s looking to make a name for themselves see this as a viable opportunity to enhance their careers. Which ultimately leads to enhanced income for them. As the saying goes, “follow the money”.
What these quacks don’t realize is that they reap what they sow.
Reporting NLFD’s Nick Sawyer MD
Dr. Sawyer is an MD in California. So the first thing we must do is understand the guidelines in California on what constitutes an actionable offense. If you come in ad-hominem, your complaint will likely be thrown out. If you come in quoting ethics guidelines right from the source, it’s a lot harder for the med boards to ignore. Let’s take a quick look at the guidelines around actionable offenses in the state of California. How do we do that? We’re going to use NLFD’s website of course!
Creating an actionable complaint on professional misconduct
Most of the the complaints we’ll be writing are centered around ethics and professional misconduct. Sometimes you will find annoying pharmD’s practicing medicine online without a license, which is also actionable. Cite specific examples where possible!
Filing a complaint about misconduct
In Dr. Sawyer’s case, we’ll focus on professional misconduct. Immediately we have what appear to be several actionable offenses.
Encouraging the public to make frivolous complaints against medical colleagues on social media.
Not disclosing NLFD’s funding from industry, in fact claiming just the opposite (a lie)
Writing the complaint
If you can find the specific ethics code to cite, it makes your letter much more powerful. In California’s case I could not find a more explicit breakdown of the ethics code, so we’ll roll without citing one.
I am very upset to see Dr. Nick Sawyer violating CA medical doctor code of conduct for breach of the public trust and confidence. There is nothing worse than seeing a doctor make wild and baseless attacks against the medical fraternity on social media. This destroys public trust seeing a MD calling for heads of colleagues, especially when motives appear to be for their own personal gain.
Dr. Sawyer operates a propaganda company called “No License For Disinformation” (NLFD) . His objective is to solicit frivolous medical board complaints from the public against other medical fraternity colleagues based on what he believes is “dangerous disinformation”. These claims are based on Dr. Sawyer’s personal opinions, not the law.
Furthermore, he claims that NLFD takes no funding from industry, when in fact it does. This lack of transparency and outright lie is another clear breach of public trust. Please see Dr. Bowden’s write up on this subject. Dr Sawyer has been publicly calling for Dr. Bowden and many other MD heads. He is soliciting the public to file frivolous complaints to medical boards.
NO clinician should be making these kinds of wild accusations and baseless attacks on other clinicians REGARDLESS of the circumstance, but especially when the subject is a matter of opinion, not law.
I'm requesting that Dr. Sawyer be censored for his violation of CA physician code of conduct and breach of public trust and confidence. He should have his license suspended until he is in compliance. We’re all Nazi’s now reporting each other for misinformation. Is this what medical boards really want? This needs to stop TODAY.
Respectfully,
Alfred
Filing the complaint
This part of the blog I was really dreading because the instructions can get difficult. Once again NLFD Comes to the Rescue!
What’s the end game here?
An effective counter-measure to pharma’s propaganda machine . Making noise where none exists today. Protecting our thought leaders from harassment from the covidian cult, who are making a lot of noise. This takes time and perhaps eventually the board will say enough of this nonsense with NLFD and Dr. Sawyer
Who else should we report?
Start with all the quacks at NLFD. Certified ADA advocate has an example blog on how to report Ashley Bartholomew. While I would have focused more on the same misconduct angle here with Sawyer, he came at it from a different angle which is perfectly valid too.
These quacks are climbing on the backs of others for their own self benefit. For example, they get a higher profile gig in MSM, grants for research, cushy writing gigs and so on. They are trying to fast track their own careers.
Updated with some better evidence
The boards really want to see hard evidence. Hence here is some additional material that can be referenced. You can mail this in separately in a follow on update

Write your public officials and med boards with a quick online form. I really like this and already started receiving automated replies to my submission. I plan on following up with a phone call to my elected representatives. If you do nothing else, do this.
