Introduction
FLCCC IMASK+ with a twist
I have included what I have learned below from the near 1.5 years of research on covid. It’s very similar to FLCCC IMASK+ protocols with some spin and notes. Use the FLCCC IMASK+ as a guide, and the additional information here to come up with your own protocols.
Early treatment is critical if you want a successful outcome. If any of the following occur, start treatment protocol right away:
You get a tickle in your throat and feel a cold coming on
You feel unusually fatigured, but haven’t started presenting illness yet
You were contact traced or had a known exposure
Prophylaxis and preventative notes
Don’t expect these to necessarily prevent covid, but they will slow it down. People prophylaxing are reportedly showing better clinical outcomes in general. Adjust what you do based on risk and tolerance
Gut Biome health - Start improving your gut biome. This can be done with things like kefir , fermented products, and a healthy diet. The immune system is all based on the gut. Make sure it’s healthy!
Start familiarizing yourself with FLCCC IMASK protocol. My protocol is similar to theirs , but I incorporate other stuff too
Get hold of good N95 masks. For 3 people , have at least 30. I like the 3M repurposed industrial masks that are pretty cheap. We also use bonafide mask. They are pretty good for the more comfortable duck bill
Buy or make your own nasal sanitation rinse. I have used xlear, but you can make your own a lot cheaper. Rinse at least nightly. I am using betadine (iodine) solution at an anemic .2%, not the FLCCC recommended 1%. I could not tolerate 1% as it was too harsh, and I fear it was doing more harm than good. Kory had sinusitus before he got covid. Was his nasal sinus too dried out and damaged from 1% betadine? Try to get it up to a .5% solution is ideal, but there is at least one study showing .23% is also effective. Even saline has shown to be somewhat effective.
Purchase at least two pulse oximiters. Take your baseline readings to judge accuracy as these devices are notoriously inaccurate. If they are erratic, get a different one. Do some research here and try to get better quality.
Zinc (picolate, citrate) - got lots of this
Ivermectin 200 to 300 ug/kg - twice wk. This is the FLCCC guidance, and seems appropriate. You can use the duravet horse paste if you have no other options. It contains only ivermectin and an inert gel that contains silica and corn oil, and is manufactured in Canada.
Tumeric couple bottles - 3-6 pills a day during treatment, phophlaxis at least 1-2 pills every day. Has been shown via RCT to be effective against cov2. Better yet, start using it for cooking and buy it buy the bag and mix it with milk and drink
NAC - 1 or 2 pills every day. Get a lot of bottles of this like 5 or 6. Can be used also for treatment. Reportedly, the FDA is trying to regulate NAC. Stock up while it’s still available!
Fish Oil/Omega 3 - Has been shown to have some effect for covid outcomes. Similar to vitamin D supplementation, you need to be taking this regularly
HCQ 200 mg + 100 mg zinc + 3mg copper - once a week. HCQ is one of the best zinc ionophores out there. Use it if you have it. Otherwise, go with quercetin
‘Cheap’ Quercetin (less effectively absorbed, but ok for prophlaxis) 500 mg + 25 mg zinc (don’t go too crazy on zinc, otherwise you need to also supplement copper) . I do this every other day as part of prophlaxis. EDIT: I now also include copper
Bioperine - each time you take an OTC, this helps with absorption. AKA Black pepper
Selenium - very important to immune system. Many people in US deficient
Reservatrol - As a flavanoid, it is also a zinc ionophore, similar to quercetin and also has anti viral properties. This gets a lot of good reviews for covid.
Ambroxol - This is an unregulated OTC cough medicine that can be ordered (legally) overseas. I order mine from Japan. I suggest you do the same as Japanese are known for very high quality and pure medicines. Ambroxol can be prophalaxed at .8mg/kg for optimal support per one study. For me that’s roughly 75 mg daily. Supposedly, ambroxol protects the liver as well. Its’ half life is short, so split the dosages up during the day, for example 30/30/15 every 8 hours. Ambroxol has several proposed mechanisms of action as an antiviral. One is FIASMA, the other is tmprss2 inhibitor
Magnesium - Deficiency seems to be a problem for some people. If your diet is not adequte, supplementation is important for immune health
Kabusura Kudaneer - Used in Madagascar for Covid. Seems effective
Artemesia Annua - Used in Tamil Naru India for Covid. Also looks good
Black Seed - A recent RCT study out of India was quite favorable
A good CBD oil Many positive covid studies as anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety. WARNING: Do not take benzodiazapines during covid treatment. It turns your brain to mush, and there are negative studies.
Nebulized H2O2 (optional) - Buy a portable nebulizer and 3% Food. Grade H202 and dilute it according to these instructions . Take some tokes on the nebby minimally at night as part of gargle, nose, lung sanitation and get into the upper respiratory tract kill the virus. Very useful additional steps during peak community spread. EDIT:My brother used 2% 2x a day successfully . Consider going stronger than the standard.1%!!
Treatment Notes
Additional notes and ideas to FLCCC IMASK+ protocol
'Expensive` Quercetin Phytosome (used for treatment) one or two bottles of this as a zinc ionophore and antiviral
Zinc lozenges - start sucking on them at symptom onset. One article suggested laying down on a sofa and sucking on the lozenge so that the zinc sits on the throat area. One of the FLCCC docs said this was effective to nip the virus in the bud
Vitamin C (same as IMASK+) during treatment. NO SUGAR! Just ascorbic acid
All the IMASK+ protocol drugs that you can get your hands on. Get these ahead of time if possible! In particular the anti androgens dutasteride and spironolactone as well as “Ivermectin’s twin brother” nitazoxanide. Also montelukast gets rave reviews, and it’s often sold in India as Montek LC, which is also good. Of course, also include a stash of HCQ
Azithromycin or Doxycycline All the treating physicians have this on their protocols, except for FLCCC. With cov2 persisting in the gut, I prefer to blow everything away. Maybe not the full 5 day course. First 3 days? Be aware that Azithromycin has the same QT Prolongation issues as HCQ. If you are taking HCQ, you should use doxy instead of azithro
DIM - A natural anti androgen available over the counter in the US
Fenofibrate is used for cholesterol management and is getting rave reviews by treating MD’s. Like along the lines of the anti androgens impressive. Should be an easy script to get for rx
I think IMASK+ is a little light on zinc and zinc ionophores. Per Dr. Jackie Stone, for Delta variant, they were using 200mg HCQ + 50MG(?) zinc in addition to 600 ug/kg Ivermectin/Doxy. If you can’t get the HCQ, this is where your ‘expensive’ quercetin will come in, as it will be a better zinc ionophore than the cheap quercetin. At least 500mg of the expensive quercetin to get the zinc inside the cell. Ambrox is also shown to combo well with HCQ. So when treating with HCQ, I plan to use HCQ 200 + Zinc 50 + Ambroxol
Ambroxol - 1mg/kg every 6-8 hours is safe. There are studies way past that showing no issues. Needs to be dosed frequently due to short half life
NAC - Be taking a bunch of pills daily 10?
Collodial Nano Silver - This is a new addition to the list that comes in from the amazing Dr. Jackie Stone . She suggests nebulizing it 3 times a day. I think you can start this right when you get symptomatic covid, although she raves about it for bringing up O2 in combination with Ivermectin/Doxy and Zinc . Collodial silvers come in different shapes and quality. If you are going to go here, stick with Silver Wings or Mesosilver. I can confirm they are safe to nebulize without dilution.
Clarinex or Claratin (OTC)- use it as an antiviral as part of early tx
Alegra - from Steve Kirch’s blog
Famotadine (i.e. pepcid OTC) 60mg to 80mg as an anti viral - Trump was treated with this. Richard Urso recommended 60mg to 80mg
Tumeric and Biopene- if you bought a bag of tumeric, now is the time to be mixing whatever you can tolerate with milk and drinking it down. Otherwise pop a bunch of pills
Olive Leaf Extract and Black Seed Oil Extract - Get the bio available ones
Dandelion Root There were some studies that showed this molecule binded well with cov2 spike. Get the most potent extract you can get your hands on. I bought a bottle on swanson
Nebulized Ambroxol (optional)You will also use the nebulizer during treatment to protect the lungs. I noticed the portable nebulizers were moving pretty good on ebay. Covid19Crusher posted a study on nebulized ambroxol protecting the lungs. You can crush up a single 15mg tablet and nebulize it , per the study

Additional Tips
Start to familiarize yourself with the phases of the disease. As you get into different lines of defense and different treatment options you adjust. For example, cyproheptadine is reportedly good for severe covid. i.e. right before you need to go to the hospital, you want to come in with cypro. Don’t take it too early though. Consider it your “Break glass in case of emergency” treatment drug
Vitamin C complex as can be found in naturally occurring vitamin C (Sauerkraut, bell peppers, lemons, camu camu powder, acerola for example are better sources of vitamin C than ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid being an incomplete and refined product actually leaches out the vitamin C complex out of your body. The only reason ascorbic acid "works" is because it raises the blood acidity and this helps kill off some pathogens, avoid for long term use though and buy camu-camu pills or better yet, eat non-pasteurized sauerkraut (Costco sells it).
